How does this work?
When you enrol, you complete an online questionnaire. We use this information and a phone interview to custom create a fitness routine that will get you results in 4-6 weeks. We have conducted extensive research in exercise and nutrition and will recommend a plan that is suitable and effective for you.
You then pay a monthly fee for ongoing access to custom exercise routines, diet plans and online / phone support with the trainer. Monthly plans start at $ 19.95. For more information on plans and features, click here.

Is the program customized? Who designs it?
Your program is created for your specific fitness profile. We design your workout plan based on your available schedule, fitness goals, exercise history, fitness experience, and equipment availability.

What about my past injuries? I don't want to hurt myself...
Your past exercise hitory, preferences and most importantly old injuries will be taken into consideration from a biomechanical perspective. Nitin Chhoda has a B.S in Physical Therapy and has developed various exercise techniques and methods to deal with injuries while working towards a fitness goal.
